Idiots-Rule
The one Watain album that got me into them, the one which stands as my favorite (still) to this day.

What mouritsdebeer said. The word I used precisely described my meaning, so why would I use a bunch of words in its stead? It was exactly like my use of "subsequent", a faster way of saying "the 'ever after it", which you didn't point out or take issue with -- probably because you knew that one. Accuse me again of showing off if I write a lengthy post with a big word after every three, not when you spot a single one...

Can't understand the hate for this album. It seems to me they have gone for a more non-exclusively Black Metal approach. I hear also Thrash and a lot of traditional heavy metal in it, hell I even get some Black Sabbath Vibes ! It's sounding more grim and occult than most vltra-trve-cellar recording BM to me. Lots of atmosphere in the songs plus Watain are good songwriters.

v He used a word you don't know, so he's obviously trying to impress people, instead of trying to convey a message. Of course.

This album just blows me away every time I listen to it.. Superb riffing, excellent drumming, perfect vocals.. I'm just at a loss of words in front of this majestic piece of black metal :D [2] This. And I'm morely a death metal-person, so to have album move me this much means were talking about some of the finest metal made in a long time

Never thought Black Metal could be built in a "pleasant" way. But in that way it's not bad.
