The album was recorded between June and October 2009 by the Depreciation Guild's most widely-known line-up, vocalist/guitarist/programmer Kurt Feldman and brothers Christoph (guitar) and Anton (percussion) Hochheim, at Benelli Sound Labs in Chicago, Illinois.
